Apex Bonding is a licensed surety bond producer. We act as an independent agent between contractors and surety carriers. We are not a surety carrier or insurer. We do not issue bonds directly — bonds are issued by the carrier that approves your application.
Any rate estimate or indication we provide is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change pending underwriter review. A rate estimate is not a commitment to issue a bond at that rate. Final rates and approval decisions are made by the surety carrier, not Apex Bonding. We are not liable if a carrier declines an application, changes a rate, or imposes conditions not anticipated during the inquiry.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting an application. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts can result in bond denial, cancellation, or a claim against you by the carrier. Apex Bonding relies on the information you provide and cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate submissions.
Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes legal or financial advice. If you have questions about bond requirements for a specific contract or project, consult the contract documents or a qualified attorney.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Bonding's liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or our services is limited to the amount of any fee paid to Apex Bonding in connection with the transaction at issue. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, or indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
